Substitutions
We reserve the right
to substitute items of equal or greater value on temporary out of stock items.
Prices are subject to change. Our baskets are custom designed and may vary in
design, container, content, and color from pictures on this web site. Prices are
subject to change without notice.
Warm
Weather
During warm weather,
we revise the contents in our gift baskets and other assortments to eliminate
items, which may be damaged by heat. Items replaced will be of
equal or greater value.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.
Corporate
Accounts
Corporate accounts will be established upon receipt & review of a completed
credit application. All new accounts must be guaranteed with an active credit
card. If payment is received in accordance with established terms, the credit
card on file will not be charged. In the event timely payment is not received,
charges will be processed against the credit card.
Sales Tax
We are required by
law to charge a sales tax of 7% for all orders delivered within the state.
Shipping/delivery
cost are subject to tax.
Delivery
Attempts or Address Corrections
When no one is
available to receive packages, a second delivery attempt may be necessary at the
discretion of the courier or delivery service. You will be charged accordingly.
To avoid additional charges and delayed deliveries, be sure to have accurate and
complete street addresses, and include a company name or apartment number, if
applicable. In addition, you will also be charged if the second delivery attempt
is due to an incorrect address.
Return
Policy
We hope that your
purchase is satisfactory. But in the event you should need to return an item or
you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a prompt
exchange, credit, or refund within 3 business days. All merchandise must be
returned with original box and packaging materials. Personalized items are
non-returnable. Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded. Damaged
merchandise must be reported within 48 hours of receipt and must be returned
with original packaging. We will issue an exchange, credit, or full refund for
damaged items.

Order Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations can only be accepted prior to
delivery or shipment and are subject to a 15% processing fee.
